Refunds (if applicable)


– To change or cancel your reservation we must receive a 48 hour written notice.
Once your written notice is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-4 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Reschedule/ Cancellation
We only reschedule if customer allows 48 hour advance notice. If you need to reschedule for the same service, send us an email at sales@riomoving.com or call toll free: +1-(888)-404-3015, a travel time fee maybe applicable depending on the service area.. Any cancellation the day of the actual move, full payment will be forfeited.

Dispute, Loss & Damage.


In case of any dispute or damage during a move, Rio Moving will intermediate between the customer & driver/mover and ensure the issue is resolved amicably. Rio Moving drivers/movers are fully responsible for loading, driving, unloading, and placement, as well as any delays, rescheduling, loss or damage of any items. Rio Moving service is a peer-to-peer moving and delivery service platform, which connects background-checked drivers and helpers who use their own vehicles to perform customers job.
